Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.                                                 All vouchers are mailed by standard post $10 or Express post $15. Extra charges may apply when gift items or skincare are included.

No Refunds

Please choose your voucher carefully as we do not refund gift vouchers .Vouchers may be transferred to friends or family members. Or used to purchase any skincare or makeup as an alternative to a spa treatment.

Delivery policy

Vouchers ordered before 3.00pm .Will be sent that day .Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday within Australia. Please allow 5-7 working days for all locations.

International orders

Orders can be shipped to addresses outside Australia and will incur extra postage. We will contact you via email once your order is placed to confirm final shipping costs before dispatching.

We accept payments by visa and or MasterCard.. We do not store any credit card numbers for any payment made through this web site.
